Learn how the Texas Estate Codes provides for the appointment of attorneys and guardians ad litem. During this webinar we will discuss common situations and scenarios where a court either may or shall appoint an attorney or guardian ad litem, depending on the circumstances. We will also discuss the basic differences between the roles, responsibilities, and duties of the attorney ad litem and guardian ad litem, as well as the limitations imposed by law.
