2023 TGA Annual Legislative Forum

$45The Texas Guardianship Association will hold its 2023 Legislative Forum via Zoom on Friday, August 25, 2023, from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Presenters will include Jeff Rinard (Judicial Branch Certification Commission), Jeff Miller (Disability Rights Texas), Lauren Hunt (Texas Real Estate and Probate Institute), Elizabeth Hart (Chair, TGA Public Policy Committee), and Terry W. Hammond (TGA Director of State Affairs). These panelists will discuss bills that passed in the 88th Legislature and were signed into law that become effective on or before September 1, 2023.
A bill summary and agenda will be provided to registrants prior to the Legislative Forum.
