TGA is the one organization in the State of Texas with its sole focus on improving the lives of the vulnerable through guardianship and less restrictive alternatives to guardianship.
As a member, you will receive TGA member rates to the three-day annual guardianship conference, involvement in TGA's legislative initiatives, exclusive access to the annual Legislative Forum, and frequent updates on significant developments and events related
to state and national guardianship issues. TGA offers a remarkable opportunity for those interested
in guardianship to receive concentrated continuing education credits for guardianship certification as well as to be apprised of legislative and other developments in guardianship.
Annual dues are $30.
Family members who are
guardians or who have an interest in guardianship and do not charge for their services may join TGA.
Annual dues are $100.
Any individual may join TGA. Members in this category
may include private
professional guardians, attorneys, judges, social workers, and anyone else
with an interest in
of professional status.
Organizations such as state agencies, guardianship programs, court systems, law firms, financial institutions, and other entities may join TGA at the organizational membership level. The organization must join first and designate a primary representative member at dues of $200 per year. Members or staff of that organization may then join under the organization’s umbrella at a reduced rate of $30 per member per year by applying the organization’s assigned discount code. There is no limit to the number of staff or employees who may join subsequent to the organization becoming a member.
