The clerks process every filing from the case’s inception to the termination of the proceeding and everything in between. This session will feature a county clerk from a statutory probate court jurisdiction, a county clerk from a jurisdiction with county courts at law, and a constitutional county judge and clerk from a jurisdiction with a constitutional county court with guardianship jurisdiction. Attendees will learn about the internal processes utilized by county clerks and how guardianships are managed in each jurisdiction.
